The report is the result of an extensive collaboration with Virtual Manufacturing AB, which has carried out analyzes and produced detailed documentation to streamline and automate the processes around the reuse of garments.
The concrete case studied in the report is Lindex, a leading player in the fashion industry, which has been allowed to act as an example of how companies could implement more sustainable and efficient secondhand models. By analyzing secondhand flows, key factors have been identified for how fashion companies can scale up operations and reduce human handling.
The report will be presented in the form of a webinar on October 9, 2024, where insights and conclusions will be shared. This is an important milestone in the work towards a more circular and sustainable fashion industry, where secondhand becomes a central part of the business.
